We’re looking for a talented Ventilation & Filtration Specialist to help lead the daily, monthly, and annual execution of ventilation and air filtration programs across our swine facilities. In this role, you’ll play a key part in designing, managing, and optimizing both negative and positive pressure filtration systems—critical components in sow farm biosecurity.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be a central contributor in ensuring our ventilation and filtration systems operate at peak performance. Your responsibilities include:

Collaborating with design teams on ventilation and filtration specifications for new facility construction

Overseeing filter lifespan, rotation, testing, and documentation

Monitoring system performance and identifying opportunities for upgrades or efficiency improvements

Leading filtration audits for filtered sow farms

Training and supporting on-farm teams with daily, weekly, and monthly ventilation and filtration checks

Helping advance our overall biosecurity strategy through system design and ongoing analysis

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone early in their career who brings curiosity, initiative, and a strong technical mindset. You’ll be successful here if you have:

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Ability to build strong working relationships with team members across multiple locations

A drive for achieving results and solving problems

Strong knowledge of ventilation systems or a related technical background (ag engineering, mechanical systems, HVAC, etc.)

Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
