What You’ll Do

As a Swine Resource Representative, you’ll be a key player in helping producers succeed every day. You will:

• Work directly with swine producers to provide product support and industry expertise
• Deliver economically smart solutions that enhance customer experience
• Coordinate product and supply deliveries
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide accurate, detail focused service daily
• Lead projects and collaborate across teams
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast moving environment
• Offer livestock industry and supply chain knowledge
• Support team communication and unity
• Assist in the warehouse by picking, packing, and shipping orders when needed

Position Requirements

Education:

• Associate’s degree in animal science or related field preferred (experience also considered)

Experience:

• 2+ years in agriculture or customer focused roles preferred

Work Environment:

• High energy, fast-paced office environment
• Team-focused culture with strong work ethic

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit 8–10 hours/day
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to participate in meetings as needed

Additional:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
